Year in Review

On February 27, 2009, the conservative movement began to take back America. With events held in Chicago, Los Angeles, North Carolina and Houston, the first Tea Parties of the 21st Century were held demanding a return to our roots, to the framers’ intent, to the Constitution of the United States of America.

On April 15, 2009, the North Houston Tea Party held its first event at Rob Fleming Park, with over seven thousand patriots in attendance. Since that time we have held rallies at the politician offices, attended & held town halls, organized a bus tour with health care experts, sponsored two buses to Washingon D.C. and ended the year moving into our new offices in Oak Ridge North. Financially, we have no debt, all of our major events have been cash positive, and as of December 31, 2009 we had over $47k in the bank to start our 2010 campaign.
